In an interview with 21st Century Business Review, Miss Layla Yao, export manager, Perlong Medical, China, talks about the company's achievements and plans for the future.

Nowadays, the main products of Perlong Medical can be divided into four lines: Clinical testing equipment; Clinical diagnostic reagents; Imaging equipments and myocardial rapid diagnostic products. Layla Yao, who is the export manager, is responsible for Africa operations of Perlong Medical/ Nanjing Perlove Medical Equipment Company, talks to the 21st Century Business Review, about the brief information of the company and main lines of products, also about the advantages of them and new future plan for 2013. Miss Yao, can you introduce us one popular machine in your company?
Sure, I will talk about our one popular machine in Africa, which is called PLX160. Now this type has enjoyed great popularity in Chinese domestic market for its reliable quality and reasonable price, and now we are targeting to sell it the whole global market.
Where this machine can be put into use?
This machine is widely used in orthopedics, urology surgery, spinal surgery, abdominal surgery, pain management, cardiology department, digestive department, gynecology, obstetrics, and operating room.
Can you tell us some important features of this machine and its advantages?
PLX 160 adopts high frequency high voltage X-ray generator, which can ensure the output skin dose and accuracy. This machine also has a close table colorful graphic LCD touch screen, which can be used to set and modify parameters. Also, you can choose to use wireless remote control, which can bring a lot of convenience to the operation. The bed of
PLX160 is also very special because it can float in any directions. Among all movements of PLX160, four are realized by elctromagnetic braking system.
Well, thank you for the products, then I want to focus on the future plans of your company, do you have any expansion plans in the future? Since we can see that your company definitely have this strength.
Well, Perlong Medical presently has one corporate facility. However, we have a substantial set up for R&D. We have several research projects in our pipeline, some of which are also in the field of general technology. Furthermore, our current plans from the point-of-view of expansion is to obtain more patents in the field of medical equipment technology.
